Fix-1 Repair Sticky Notes-

Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings window. Click on “Apps“.

In the Settings window, click on “Applications and features”In the left pane of Settings.

Now scroll down the right side of the Settings window, type “Sticky Notes” into the search box.

Click on “Sticky Notes” to select it and then click on “Advanced options“.

In the Sticky Notes settings window, scroll down and click “Repair” to repair Sticky Notes.

Please wait as this process will only take a minute. Close the settings window. Open Sticky Notes and try to create a new note. If the issue still bothers you, go to the next fix.

Fix-2 Use Powershell to remove and install Sticky Notes-

Press the Windows key + X and then click on “Windows Powershell (Admin)“.

To remove the Sticky Notes package from your system, copy and paste this command into the PowerShell window and press Enter.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes | Remove-AppxPackage

Sticky Notes will be uninstalled from your computer.

Close the Powershell window.

Open the Microsoft Store again on your computer.

Fix 3 – Using the Powershell command

Press the Windows key + X and then click on “Windows Powershell (Admin)“.

Copy and paste the command given below and press the Enter key and wait some time to execute it completely.

Once complete, close the PowerShell window.

Fix-4 Reset Sticky Notes-

Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings window. Click on “Apps“.

In the Settings window, in the left pane of Settings, click “Applications and features“.

Now scroll down and click on the Search box, look for “Sticky Notes“. Sticky notes will appear in the search result.

Click on “Sticky Notes” to highlight it and again you need to click on “Advanced options“.

In the Sticky Notes settings window, scroll down and click “Reset” to get a confirmation tab, click “Reset” to reset Sticky Notes on your computer.

Close the settings window. Open Sticky Notes and create a new note. Check whether the error still bothers you or not.
