- Access your document or open a new one in docs.new.
- Click on “File” located on the top toolbar.
- Select “Page Setup”.
- Click on the drop-down menu under “Page Color” located in the lower left corner of the windowup and select the desired color from the list of presets.
- Click “OK” – alternatively you can also choose to make this your new normal by selecting “Set as default”.
If you prefer to use a specific shade or color, you can also select a more personalized one by choosing “Custom” from the drop-down menu under “Page Color”. You can insert an HTML color code, for example, or play around with the tool to find a color you like.
