  • You will now see one or more folders. They contain your images (and other media such as video files). They should have names like 100APPLE, 101APPLE, 100CLOUD, 101CLOUD, etc.
  • If you want to copy all photos from your iPhone, click and drag to select all folders. Then right click on any folder. Select Copy.
  • Now you need to paste these photo folders into your computer’s Pictures folder. Click Images on the left of the screen.
