With the Genshin Impact 2.2 update, Moshiri Kara was added to the growing domain pool. It is located north of Tsurumi Island and can be reached with the Waverider. However, new domains are blocked by default and this also applies to the Moshiri Kara domain. After the release of Genshin Impact 2.2, players can now unlock the Moshiri Kara domain to get rewards such as free primes, weapon upgrade materials, adventure EXP and more. For those who are having problems, here’s a guide to help players unlock the Moshiri Kara in Genshin Impact.

How to Unlock the Moshiri Kara Inazuma Domain in Genshin Impact

  • To unlock the Moshiri Kara Domain released in the Genshin Impact 2.2 update, you first need to use the Waverider and navigate to the island in the middle of the ocean. Once on the island, you’ll notice a giant stone pillar.
  • Around the island, there are three Phase Gates next to a blocked Electro Pillar. You need to go through these Phase Gates and complete the challenge that awaits you, so shoot the Electro Pillar next to it on your return. When all three are completed, Moshiri Kara’s mastery will break the pillar and emerge from the ground.
  • The Southeast Phase Gates challenge is to destroy 6 explosive barrels in 180 seconds. This one is simple to do. Simply switch to Amber or another Pyro Bow character, and aim and fire at the barrels. It may take a few shots to line up your crosshairs, but three minutes is enough to hit every exploding barrel.
  • The Western Phase Gates challenge is to collect nine Electro particles in 180 seconds. Again, this is simple to do. Use the electrograno summons to fly between the points using the glider, and all nine will be collected in no time.
  • The Northern Phase Gates challenge is the difficult challenge of the three. You need to defeat two Thunderhelm Lawachurls in 80 seconds.
  • When all three are complete, head back to the island. Remember to shoot all three Electro Pillars, and the second all three are electrified, Moshiri Kara will appear.
