Reconnect Facebook Account

I’m assuming you’ve connected the Instagram (or IGTV) app to your Facebook account. And if you can’t share IGTV videos with your Facebook audience, you’ll need to unlink your Facebook account from Instagram, reconnect, and try again.

• Launch the Instagram app and tap on the profile icon at the bottom right corner of the app.
• Next, select the hamburger menu icon in the upper right corner of the profile page.
• Select Settings.
• Tap Account.
• Select Linked Accounts and tap Facebook.
• Tap Unlink account.
• Tap ‘Yes, Unlink’ on the confirmation prompt.
• On the Linked accounts page (Step #1 — #5), select Facebook and tap Continue at the prompt that appears.
• This app will ask you to login to your Facebook account. Enter your account credentials and tap Login.

Check IGTV Status

If you still can’t share IGTV videos to Facebook, check to see if the IGTV service is up and running. The problem could be on Instagram’s end, like if the IGTV server is down. Link Facebook Page to Instagram

•  Go to your Facebook page admin panel and tap Settings.
• On the left side of Facebook page settings, select Instagram.
• Tap the Connect Account button.
• If you’re logged into Instagram in a browser, you can tap the ‘Continue as…’ button without having to type in your email/username and password.

You can sign in to IGTV once you have an Instagram account. You can look through the videos of your favorite content creators and influencers and watch them, or you can search for videos that interest you. But IGTV is more than just a place to browse and watch videos.
