Many people want to know how to Evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge or Armarouge. Charcadet has to be one of the most interesting new Pokemon in Scarlet & Violet. This little guy is full of fire and has a style that reminds me of many greats from the past. By extension, Armarouge and Ceruledge, two of Charcadet’s evolutions, are either just as well liked or even more so. Charcadet is one of the many brand-new Pokemon you can fall in love with or hate for no good reason. Their base form isn’t very impressive, but once you figure out how to get them, their evolutions are very powerful.
Even though Charcadet is rare, it isn’t too hard to find it. However, it is a bit harder to find the Pokémon that evolves from Charcadet. Depending on which version of the game you have, its evolved form is different. Charcadet is one of the new Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. It can evolve into either Ceruledge or Armarouge, which is different from the other new Pokemon. Ceruledge is only available in Pokemon Violet, and Armarogue is only available in Pokemon Scarlet, so you’ll need some help from a friend to get them both. Getting one isn’t easy, but if you know the steps how to Evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge or Armarouge, the process isn’t too hard.
What is Charcadet?
The Fire Child Pokémon, Charcadet, is a unique creature that has caught the attention of Pokémon fans ever since it first appeared. It looks like fire and like a person at the same time. The catch rate for Charcadet is only 90 (20.1%), which makes it hard for trainers to catch it. Trainers get a lot if they are successful, though, because it gives 51 base experience points when it is captured.
Charcadet is also a strong opponent in battle because it can use both fire and flash fire, and its body is made of hidden flames. Depending on which armor it is exposed to, Charcadet can evolve into either Armarouge or Ceruledge. When Charcadet is exposed to Good Armor, it changes into Armarouge. When it is exposed to Bad Armor, it changes into Ceruledge.
Where to find Charcadet in Pokémon Violet

- The Pokédex says that Charcadet can be found in “many parts of Paldea,” which isn’t very helpful.
- You can find it in other places, but we found Charcadet in Pokémon Violet just north of Cortondo in the West Province (Area One) location.
- Follow the main path northwest from Cortondo, and when you get close enough to a Charcadet, a black-and-red icon should appear on your mini-map.
- The exact spot might be different for you, but we found a Charcadet in a dead end near the river that runs through the middle of West Province (Area One).
- So, if you can’t find one even though it’s on the mini-map, you might want to look for Charcadet in this area.

Paldea, which is based on the Iberian Peninsula, is where the games take place. The player can finish one of three different stories. In Scarlet and Violet, 110 new Pokémon and two new regional forms are introduced. Also new are the Paradox Pokémon, who live in the wrong time, and the Terastal phenomenon, which lets a Pokémon change into its own “Tera Type.” Features from previous modern Pokémon games are still in the games, like big open spaces and Pokémon that show up in the overworld.
