Ready to get rid of something in you? not so fast. You need to make sure you are actually deleting them rather than just deleting them from your home screen. Yes, you read that right: those unwanted apps will still be hiding somewhere on your smartphone if you don’t take a few extra steps

How to Uninstall apps on iPhone:

Tap and hold an app icon until the quick actions menu appears. You can do this with application icons on your Home screen or in your application library. Either works!

If you only want to remove that app, tap Remove app.

Confirm in pop up tapping Delete app (the other option, Remove from Home Screen, will ban the app to your App Library).

If you want to delete multiple apps, tap Edit Home Screen.

The app icons will move and a minus icon will appear in the upper left corner of each icon.

Tap the minus icon and confirm in the pop-upup tapping Delete.

If you are not successful with this step, a configuration could be to blame! Try correcting the configuration and then come back to this step.

The app you just deleted will disappear from the screen; tap Done in the top right corner of the screen if you’re done deleting apps.
