How To Zoom the Display In Android – Guide
If, for some reason, you want to quickly zoom in on what’s on your screen Android phone, Google offers an easy way to do that. Remember, it’s not just about zooming in on a webpage in your browser or an image from your photo album, but (almost) everything that’s displayed on your screen, anytime, anywhere: in the Play Store, in the YouTube app, while playing a video, while playing a game, in the home screen, on the lock screen and so on.
What you need to look for are magnification gestures feature. You can find it in Settings -> Accessibility. THE feature is turned off by default, so you need to turn it on to use it. After finding the Enlargement Gestures feature from the Accessibility menu and clicking on it, you’ll learn how it works: Tapping three times magnifies the screen, then you can drag two fingers across the screen and adjust the zoom level with the familiar pinch-to-zoom movement. To return to normal screen, you need to tap three times again.
Another (slightly different) way to zoom in is to triple-tap without taking your finger off the screen after the third tap. This provides temporary magnification and allows you to pan with the same finger. As soon as you lift your finger, you return to the normal screen.
