When you select the “Timeline” tab in the navigation bar, the middle pane of the Accounts view switches to displaying a message list that is inclusive of all of your contacts. When you click on a particular account, the center view will adjust to show your emails, event history, and tasks that are associated with that account. In the Feed view, you can also easily navigate through any attached files or tasks, and you can even access any data related to social media.
Salesflare review: Opportunities and Workflows
My experience with Salesflare showed that the Opportunities tab was very easy to use, especially when compared to other parts of the app. It doesn’t have a list view, but that generally isn’t a problem unless you have a lot of deals going on at the same time. In Salesflare, the default view for Opportunities is a Kanban card style that shows basic information and groups the cards by the stage of the pipeline they are in. Since these cards are easy to move along the chain, you can do the same thing with other CRM tools like Insightly or Zoho CRM. Salesflare also lets you customize your pipelines and makes it easy to load and export data.
One cool thing about Salesflare is that it has processes, which are like email autoresponders. The main reason Insightly doesn’t have this tool is that it doesn’t have built-in email marketing features. Setting up processes in Salesflare is easy and not hard to understand. Without knowing how to do it, I was able to set up a simple system to send emails when a new deal was made. Setting it up is done step by step with the help of chat boxes, but it might not be as flexible as more advanced CRM systems like Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
