Today, in this article, we show how to edit fitness goals on iPhone/Apple Watch. Apple makes a big show about closing its rings, but occasionally we could all use a little help. You can change your fitness goals directly from your Apple Watch or iPhone if you need to take a day off from exercise due to an injury or if you want to challenge yourself. To do phone chatting, texting and reading email are all possible with the wearable watch known as the Apple Watch.
A specific training goal or fitness challenge that you set for yourself is called a fitness goal. Your goal should be specific to your exercise regimen or training habits, reasonable and achievable within a certain time limit. An updated “Fitness” app was introduced by Apple to replace the previous “Activity” app. This gives you a more complete analysis of your vital health data, plus a few extras. Notably, the app has more information at your fingertips, but it has exactly the same look and feel as the “old” Activity app.
These are admirable goals, but they may not be achievable as you progress in your fitness. Setting realistic goals can help you stay much more motivated as a beginner. Meanwhile, if you exercise regularly, altering your goals can help you avoid losing streaks when you’re sick or support safe rebuilding when you’re recovering. Below we have mentioned the steps to edit fitness goals on iPhone/Apple Watch.
