Turning off incompatible software

Press “Ctrl” + “Alt” + “Del” and select “Task Manager“.

netsh int ipv4 reset

netsh int ipv6 reset

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig/registerdns

After running all the commands in the list, run PUBG and check if the problem persists.

Changing IP Settings

In some cases it is possible that the IP settings are not set correctly, so in this step we will change certain IP settings to correct the error. That is why:

Press “Windows” + “R” to open the command prompt.

Type “ncpa.cpl” and press “enter“.

Right click on the connection you are using and select “Properties“.

Check the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4)” option and uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6(TCP/IPV6)” option.

Click “OK” to save your changes and check if the problem persists.
