How to delete Autofill Entries in iPhone’s Outlook Email App – Guide
Outlook remembers all addresses entered in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields of an email message. So when you type the first few letters of a name or email address, Outlook will automatically suggest matching contacts. If Outlook remembers typos and old contacts that you don’t want to appear in the autocomplete list, remove those entries. iPhone Safari app auto-completion feature allows you to save login information, including passwords, for faster access to websites you regularly visit.
The downside of the AutoComplete convenience is the security implication. Anyone with access to your phone can see your account on websites with your saved credentials. When you use your iPhone for business, sensitive documents are at risk. By clearing and turning off your AutoFill information, you can prevent unauthorized users from seeing your private information.

This doesn’t work, and the option doesn’t seem to have anything to do with Outllook — only for credit cards and similar. I have the option unchecked anyway, and Outllook still auto-fills.
