turn off and on again

Right click on the Start menu.

Click Settings.

Restart Windows Explorer

Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

Select Windows Explorer.

Click Restart.

Log out and log back into your account

Open the Start menu.

Right click on your profile icon.

Select Exit.

Log in again using your credentials.

Go to Settings and turn on dark mode again.

Back to default Windows 10 theme

Right click on Start.

Click Settings.

Select Personalization.
