How to make Font blurry in MS Word – Guide
In Microsoft Word, format your text to select words or phrases stand out from the others. The Format Text Effects menu panel lets you apply text effects to your designs. To blur the outside of the font, use the Glow effect. Transparency can be applied to the font’s inner fill using the Transparency effect. To make blurring more effective, match your font color with the light effect.

Step 1
Select the text in Word that you want to apply the effects to.

Click the “Text Effects and Typology” drop-down menu buttonsimilar to an outlined letter A icon, in the Font group Home ribbon and select “Brightness Options”. Alternatively, you can select one of the color brightness presets directly from the Brightness menu.

Click the “Color” drop-down menu button under Brightness in the Format Text Effects panel, then select a color for your effect. For example, select black if you want the blur to match a white font color.

Select a size from the “Size” slider to determine the size of your glow effect. For example, a larger size will increase the blur effect.

Click and drag the “Transparency” slider to adjust the transparency of your glow effect.

Click the “Text and Outline Fill” button button in the Format Text Effects panel, similar to a letter A icon with a blue bar.
Step 7
Click “Text Fill” and enter a value in the “Transparency” box. For example, type “25%” to make your font partially transparent.
