BEST LAPTOP DEALS
Apple MacBook Air (M2)
For more than a decade, the Apple MacBook Air has been one of the most popular thin and light laptops for both professionals and students. In 2018, Apple made a big change to the way it looks, and this year, it got another big update.
It looks like an extension of the current-generation MacBook Pro family and has a brand-new processor called M2 that was made by Apple. It is said that this new SoC is faster and uses less power than the M1, but it still has a great battery life.
The M2 MacBook Air is also more expensive than the M1 Air, but Apple is still selling the M1 Air for now. The new M2 Air has a lot of small improvements and a few big ones over the old one. It’s time to find out if these improvements make it worth the high price premium.
MacBook Pro 14-inch
Still important is the Apple MacBook Pro 2021 (14-inch). Not just because of what it has, but also because of what it gets rid of. The most important feature is the M1 Pro chip, which is a big step up from last year’s M1 chips, which made the phone faster and lasted longer on a charge.
The 14.2-inch MacBook Pro is slightly bigger and heavier than the 13-inch MacBook Pro with M1. It is 12.3 x 8.7 x 0.6 inches and weighs 3.5 pounds (12 x 8.4 x 0.6 inches, 3 pounds). In centimetres, however, the 14-inch MacBook Pro is thinner than the 13-inch MacBook Pro. It is 1.55cm thick, while the 13-inch MacBook Pro is 1.56cm thick.
The big news here is that you can still customize the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Max chip, which is also in the MacBook Pro 2021. (16-inch). Plus, you can add up to 8TB of internal storage and a huge 64GB of RAM. Of course, it gets more expensive if you do.
MacBook Pro 16-inch
The MacBook Pro 2021 with a 16-inch display has undergone a change that is both subtle and profound. It measures 14.01 inches by 9.77 inches by 0.66 inches and weighs 4.7 pounds (4.8 pounds if you splurge for an M1 Max model), which means that it is nearly the same size and just a bit thicker as the Intel-based 16-inch Pro that it replaces.
The chassis, which is made out of 100% recyclable aluminium, has a flatter lid than its predecessor. Vents have been cut out of each side of the chassis in order to serve an enhanced cooling solution and a revamped 6-speaker sound system that is housed inside. According to Apple, the MacBook Pro 2021 16-inch model is capable of enduring up to 14 hours of online browsing on a single charge; nevertheless, the results of our tests indicate that this promise is somewhat misleading.
HP Spectre x360 14
With the latest version of its high-end Spectre x360 14, HP adds two new high-end features that were not available on last year’s convertible, as well as the necessary update to 12th-generation Intel chips. The OLED panel with a high resolution and great image quality is the biggest change.
The second addition is a high-resolution webcam. The old 720p webcam has been replaced with a 1080p webcam that is clear and lively. The overall look of the Spectre x360 hasn’t changed. The all-metal body with gold accents makes it feel solid and look expensive.
The 3:2 aspect ratio of the screen makes it better for business use than for entertainment, which would benefit from a wider screen. The battery life is shorter than last year’s model, and it’s still a bit heavy for a 14-inch convertible, but the Spectre is still a great choice for executives and other professionals who want a portable and versatile two-in-one convertible.
Asus ROG Zephyrus G15
The Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 is not a big and heavy gaming laptop. It is one of the most portable 15.6-inch gaming laptops because it has a simple design and is thin and light. It also has a battery that lasts all day. It’s the textbook example of a wolf dressed up as a sheep.
Of course, nothing is free. Even though the$2,099.99 model we tested ($1,825.12 on sale as of this writing) has a powerful AMD Ryzen 9 processor and GeForce RTX 3060 graphics, it couldn’t keep up with the competition in a straight line, even though the competition was bigger. Even so, the trade-off can be worth it, especially if you want a more mature laptop that doesn’t lose its usefulness.
Asus Zenbook Pro Duo 14
The dual screen Zenbook Duo laptops from Asus are like Pandora’s boxes for content creators. If you’re brave enough to give their unique two-display configurations a try, you’ll find a whole new way to get work done. We’ve seen some good ones since they were first shown at CES in 2019, but none that come close to this new 14-inch Zenbook Duo model’s balance of power and comfort.
It wins because it has a powerful new 12th-generation processor, a ScreenPad Plus that is easier to see, and a taller, brighter 120Hz OLED main display that looks great from any angle. To top it all off, a series of smart software updates improve how the ScreenPad Plus works, making workflow smoother than it was before.
Asus ROG Zephyrus G14
The Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 almost sounds too good to be true for a gaming laptop. The slim design makes it just as portable as a mainstream notebook, but the sheer amount of firepower packed inside used to require a hulking gaming rig. And the compact size doesn’t compromise on battery life, either, delivering more than 10 hours on a single charge.
The Zephyrus isn’t the only 14-inch gaming laptop out there, with fierce competition from the Alienware x14 and the Razer Blade 14, but the Asus has wowed us since it first came out, consistently offering some of the best performance and portability on the market. Even better, this year’s model steps things up with more power (thanks to the latest AMD hardware) without changing the impressively slim chassis or shortening the battery life. If you want serious gaming on the go, this is the laptop to get.
Dell XPS 13
Dell XPS 13 is a laptop that runs Windows 10 and has a 13.30-inch screen with a resolution of 3200×1800 pixels. It has an 8GB Core i5 processor and a Core i5 processor. The SSD storage on the Dell XPS 13 is 128GB.
Intel Integrated HD Graphics 520 is in charge of the graphics. It has Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth, and three USB ports (two of which are USB 3.0), an HDMI port, and a multi-card slot.
As of February 14, 2023, the lowest price for a Dell XPS 13 at Amazon is $2,299.99
Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED
The Asus ZenBook S 13 OLED (UM5302) has a 13.30-inch screen with a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels. It runs Windows 11. It comes with 16GB of RAM and is powered by a Ryzen 5 processor. The SSD storage on the Asus ZenBook S 13 OLED (UM5302) is 512GB.
Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax is one way to connect, and it also has 3 USB ports, USB 3.2 Gen 2 (Type C), and Headphone and Mic Combo Jack ports. Starting on February 14, 2023, the Asus ZenBook S 13 OLED (UM5302) costs Rs. 99,990 in India.
Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 (13.5-inch)
The Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 comes after the Surface Laptop 4. It has the same sleek design as the Surface Laptop 4, but it has Intel’s 12th Generation “Alder Lake” processors. The Laptop 5 comes in two sizes, but here we’ll focus on the 15-inch version.
The U-series versions of these Intel CPUs can handle everyday tasks, but they can’t do much more than that, and adding memory and storage to the base model makes the price go up a lot. With its great build and long battery life, the Laptop 5 is best for people who want to be mobile. Other laptops with similar prices offer better CPUs, OLED screen options, and even dedicated graphics.
The Lenovo Slim 7 Pro X or the Dell XPS 15 are good choices for power users. But the Surface Laptop 5 is great for people who mostly want a 15-inch laptop that is light, durable, and well-built. For that, it gets a “excellent” 4-star rating, but it’s not an Editors’ Choice because it doesn’t fix some key problems, like its old webcam and the fact that it doesn’t have many ports for a 15-inch laptop.
LG Gram 17
The LG Gram 17 (2021) is the company’s newest 17-inch laptop that focuses on being as light as possible while still being great for productivity. With Intel’s 11th-generation mobile processors, the LG Gram 17 (2021) mostly lets you get work done quickly and without much trouble.
Even though the LG Gram 17 (2021) isn’t going to win any awards for style, it is one of the best choices for use in the office because it is so functional. If you can handle the price, of course.
Almost certainly, the first thing you’ll notice about the LG Gram 17 (2021) laptop is how light it is. At 2.98 pounds (1.35 kg), the LG Gram 17 (2021) is surprisingly light, which is even more impressive when you consider how big a 17-inch screen is.
Asus ZenBook 17 Fold OLED
The Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED might be one of the coolest laptops we’ve ever seen. When its launch in India was first announced back in October, it made a big impression on us. But its unusual shape raised a lot of questions about how useful and practical it would be. In review, we’ll look into all of those things and more.
Asus says that the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED (UX9702) is the first 17.3-inch laptop with a folding screen, but it’s not the first laptop of any kind to do that. This title goes to Lenovo’s ThinkPad X1 Fold, which had a 13.3-inch folding screen. A few months ago, a new model came out with a 16.3-inch folding screen.
Since HP is also rumoured to be working on a product like the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED, it seems clear that this kind of device has some potential, no matter how niche it may be. It’s time to find out if Asus’s latest (and very expensive) experiment is just a gimmick or if it has any real advantages over a regular large-screen laptop.

Acer 2023 Newest Aspire 5
Acer Aspire 5 is a laptop that runs Windows 10 and has a 13.66×768-pixel screen that is 15.60 inches in size. It has an 8GB Core i3 processor and a Core i3 processor. The Acer Aspire 5 has a 128GB hard drive (HDD).
Nvidia GeForce MX150 is in charge of the graphics. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and 3 USB ports (1 USB 2.0, 1 USB 3.0), Mic In, and RJ45 (LAN) ports are all ways to connect. As of February 14, 2023, the starting price of an Acer Aspire 5 in India is $419.
ASUS 2023 Newest Vivobook 14″
A laptop is one of the things that everyone needs these days. A laptop is a piece of technology that helps us do our daily jobs and keeps us connected to the internet no matter where we are. There are many different specs, features, and prices for laptops, which makes it hard for people to choose the best one for them.
The Asus Vivobook S14 is a 14-inch laptop that runs Windows 10 Home and has a screen with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels (S433). There are 8GB of RAM and a Core i5 processor in it. The Asus Vivobook S14 (S433) has a lot of storage space with its 128GB SSD. The graphics are done with an NVidia GeForce MX250.
There are options for connecting via Bluetooth, as well as 4 USB ports (2 x USB 2.0), an HDMI port, a multi-card slot, a headphone/mic combo jack, and 4 USB ports.
HP Stream 11.6-inch HD Laptop
This HP Stream review will show how great the 11.6-inch model is for people who want a small and affordable laptop. The HP Stream 11 notebook was made to be reliable and easy to use. It has a great price and a durable case to keep it safe when you’re out and about. The hinge that connects the screen to the keyboard is just as strong, and it makes adjusting the screen easy and reliable.
This device is easy to carry and works well. It has a good balance of features and performance at a low price, so you can feel confident using it at checkout.
Our HP Stream 11.6 laptop review will talk about some of the best features of this line of computers to help you get to know them. In particular, we’ll talk about the hardware specifications, the quality of the build and craftsmanship, and everything else that makes this HP Stream laptop stand out.
BEST LAPTOPS UNDER $1000
Lenovo Chromebook Duet 5
The Lenovo Chromebook Duet 5 (2021) is a 2-in-1 laptop that can be used as a tablet or a laptop. The keyboard can be taken off, and the back cover has a kickstand built in. It’s thin and light, so it’s easy to carry around, and the battery lasts easily for more than ten hours of light work or seven hours of watching videos. It has a 13.3-inch screen that is clear and bright, and like all OLEDs, it shows blacks that are deep and dark.
The speakers can get pretty loud, but they don’t have bass and sound a little off. The video quality of the webcam, on the other hand, is great, and the microphone picks up loud and clear sound with only a bit of static in the background.
The keyboard is too small, and the touchpad doesn’t work all that well. Also, there are only two USB-C ports and no 3.5mm jack for headphones. Its ARM-based Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC (System on a Chip) can handle simple tasks like browsing the web and formatting text, but it’s not the best choice for heavy tasks like editing photos or videos.
Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5 13″
It’s amazing how much a full overhaul of everything under the hood can change things. At the time of this writing, an IdeaPad Flex 5 Chromebook with a sad Intel Celeron CPU, a sadder 4GB of memory, and a sadder 32GB of eMMC flash storage costs $337.49 on Lenovo.com.
Our test unit has an 11th Generation Core i3 chip, 8GB of RAM, and a 128GB NVMe solid-state drive. It costs $335.99 at Amazon and is one of the best Chromebooks we’ve seen. Only a boring display panel keeps it from being our choice.
Lenovo Chromebook Duet 3
The Lenovo IdeaPad Chromebook Duet 3, which starts at $299 at Amazon, is now available, and there are many good reasons to be excited about it.
This is basically a bigger, more expensive version of the Lenovo Chromebook Duet, which was a Chrome tablet that was surprisingly powerful and cheap. It came out in 2020. We liked the original Duet because it had a long battery life, worked well, and came with a good keyboard cover. All of these things could be bought for about $299.
Lenovo’s new Duet 3 costs a bit more, but it has a bigger, brighter screen, more ports, and a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 chip that gives it more power. After reviewing it for a few weeks, we can say that, despite a few flaws, it’s a good replacement for the Duet and is one of the best Chromebooks for kids and one of the best budget laptops overall.
Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Carbon
If you want a good all-around laptop that will get you through the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Carbon might be it.
The IdeaPad Slim 7 Carbon has a beautiful 14-inch OLED screen, powerful performance, Dolby Atmos speakers, and a comfortable keyboard for just $1,189. The only real problem with this machine is that the battery life isn’t very good, but that’s not a big deal. It still had a battery life of close to 10 hours.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Carbon is a great laptop for the price, and it deserves to be on our page of the best laptops.
HP Envy 16
The HP Envy 16 is a laptop with a big screen and a lot of power. Media professionals and hobbyists have a lot of room to work on a 16-inch 16:10 display. And our test system has an OLED panel with a great contrast ratio and a dynamic image. Our test system’s display is powered by an Intel Core i9-12900H CPU and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. Together, these two components put our test system at the high end of the price range.
HP gives you a lot of smart and flexible ways to set up the Envy 16. You can set up a model to fit your needs and budget, but it will still be a heavy travel companion. Even for a 16-inch 16:10 laptop, the laptop is heavy at just over five pounds. I’m also not a fan of HP’s recent trend of putting low-contrast keyboards with silver keys and grey key symbols on its laptops. This is a design choice that puts form over function. In the end, Asus and Dell have better options for making content than the Envy 16.
BEST LAPTOPS UNDER $1500
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6 is the latest update to Lenovo’s top 2-in-1 business laptop. The addition of Intel’s 11th-generation Tiger Lake processors with Iris Xe graphics and Intel Evo certification make it one of the most powerful 2-in-1 laptops we’ve tested.
When you add in the great 16:10 touchscreen display, the way the stylus can be stored, and the great battery life, it’s hard to find anything wrong with this phone. The number and variety of ports is also better than other laptops of the same size, and we’re impressed that Lenovo added two USB Type-A ports along with the two Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports and the HDMI 2.0 port.
If we had to pick on the X1 Yoga Gen 6, it would be that it doesn’t have an SD card slot. There’s room on one side, so it would have been nice to have, especially on a 2-in-1 that could be useful for creatives and photographers on the go.
Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro
It’s strange that it took Samsung so long to start selling laptops in India. The brand is well-known and has a large number of stores and service centres. Samsung is one of the best brands in the world when it comes to monitors and solid-state storage. It also has a very successful ecosystem of smartphones and lines of home appliances. It also sells parts to some of the biggest brands in the world.
We’ve seen Samsung laptops at international trade shows, and now India is finally getting the first ones. The portfolio isn’t very big right now, but the company tells us that more entry-level and gaming models are on the way.
For now, the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360, which is a high-end ultraportable 2-in-1 model. It comes in models with 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch screens and weighs only 1.04kg or 1.41kg, depending on the size. If you don’t want a 2-in-1, the Galaxy Book 2 Pro is also available as a standard clamshell. It starts at just 870g and is even lighter. In a market with both old and new brands, it should be interesting to see how Samsung stands out, so keep reading.
Microsoft Surface Laptop 4
Even though we loved the Surface Laptop 4, it might soon be replaced. The Microsoft Surface live event is on October 12, and leaks and rumours suggest that the Surface Laptop 5 will be shown off there. Still, the model we have now is great. Read on to learn why.
The Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 came out at a strange time, when a global pandemic forced many people to work from home. Ultrabooks like this one have always been great for commuting, so they’ve lost a bit of their shine.
Lockdowns do not last forever, which is good news for the Surface Laptop 4. Many people will probably switch to a more hybrid work model in which they split their work week between the office and their homes. So, it will be important to have something that is not only powerful but also small and easy to carry. And that’s when the Surface Laptop 4, which is thin but powerful, will really shine.
Acer Swift 5
The Acer Swift 5 I tested costs $1,549 and has a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1260P CPU, Intel Iris Xe graphics, 16GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, and a 14-inch, 2560 x 1600-pixel display. Misty Green and Steam Blue are the two colours of the new Swift 5. Acer told us that this model will be for sale in its official store by the end of June. By the end of July, it will also be sold on Amazon.
As of this writing, there is only one configuration with a 12th Gen CPU. If you don’t mind getting the last-generation Swift 5, which has a 13-hour battery life and earned a 4.5-star rating and an Editor’s Choice badge, you can get one for $999 at Walmart or Adorama with an Intel Core i7-1165G7 CPU, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and a 14-inch, 1080p display.
Asus Chromebook Flip CX5
The Asus Chromebook Flip CX5 is another Chromebook that goes against the idea that a Chromebook has to be a boring, simple laptop replacement.
As its name suggests, the Chromebook Flip has a screen that can flip around to make a tent or all the way around to become a tablet (sort of).
The Flip CX5 is a good Chromebook for getting things done. It has a bright screen, good performance, and a lot of ports. If it’s set up right, it can even run games through Steam for Chromebooks. But it has some problems that keep it from being one of the best Chromebooks on the market.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Nano
The new kid on the block is the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Nano, which has a few tricks up its sleeve. The Nano is the lightest ThinkPad laptop ever, since it only weighs 2 pounds. It becomes portable by giving up some screen space. But its 13-inch, 2K screen is good, and the fact that it has a 16:10 aspect ratio makes up for its smaller size.
Even though it doesn’t have the fastest processor, the ThinkPad X1 Nano is fast enough for most tasks, and what it lacks in speed it makes up for with its long battery life. The X1 Nano is a classic ThinkPad in every other way, with a quick keyboard, soft-touch surfaces, military-grade durability, and a lot of security features.
There are some problems with the ThinkPad X1 Nano, like the fact that it only has a few ports and a small touchpad, but overall, it does what Lenovo set out to do: give you everything you love about the ThinkPad brand in the smallest package yet. Because of this, it makes our list of the best business laptops and is one of the best Lenovo laptops and ThinkPads we’ve seen so far.
Razer Book 13
Razer has been making gaming laptops for a long time and has added the Blade 15 and Blade 17 Pro to its line (and the RTX Studio editions too). As a part of my job, it has been fun to see how Razer has changed its design and fixed mistakes. The company clearly listens to both fans and reviewers.
Razer’s laptops are so popular that even people who don’t play video games want one. With Book 13, the company has finally paid attention. The name also makes it sound like there could be a Book 15 at some point.
The Book 13 is aimed at regular laptop users, creatives, and anyone else who needs a great premium Windows Ultrabook. It is a great achievement that can compete with the Dell XPS 13. (and, in some areas, surpasses it).
