How to enable Bing Chat Enterprise
- In the Microsoft 365 admin centre, make sure that the setting for Microsoft Search in Bing is on. You can’t use a Microsoft Enterprise ID workplace identity with Bing if you turn off the Microsoft Search in Bing setting in the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- With this setting, you can’t get to Bing Chat Enterprise. You can only get to Bing Chat if you are not logged in or if you are logged in with a personal Microsoft Account.
- To join Bing Chat Enterprise, go to https://aka.ms/TurnOnBCE.
- Make sure that none of the settings for managing Bing Chat are blocking access to the service.
