  • On iPhone with Face ID, swipe up at the bottom of the screen and hold. On the iPhone with the Home button, press twice quickly.

  • After a few seconds, restart Spotify.

  • Check Spotify server status

  • The easiest way to check is by visiting Spotify Status on Twitter. To find out about Spotify’s status in your specific region, visit sites like DownDetector. You can also search for ‘Spotify Server Status’ on Google, Bing or any other search engine.
