How to Get Bots on Telegram – Guide

Today we’re taking another step towards openness by introducing a bot API and a platform for third-party developers to build bots. Bots are simply telegram accounts managed by software – not human – and often have AI capabilities. You can do anything – teach, play, search, send, remember, connect, integrate with other services, or even pass commands to the Internet of Things.

How to Add Bots to Telegram on iPhone

  • Open the Telegram app.
  • At the bottom of the screen, click the Contacts icon.
  • At the top of the screen, click on the search bar.
  • Enter the name of the bot you want to add @[botname].
  • Click on the bot’s name to display it in the chat.
  • In the upper-right corner of the chat window, select the bot’s profile picture.
  • Locate and select the “Add to Group” option below the “Send Message” option to access a list of groups to add members to.
  • Select the group you want to add the bot to.
  • Click “Yes” to confirm.
