How to Track your Sleep with Apple Health on iOS – Guide
While keeping your iPhone out of your bedroom can help you avoid bedtime distractions, it might be better to have it by your side to help identify sleep problems you might have every night.

If for some reason you don’t see this prompt or dismiss it, you can still make an app sync with Health. Open up in the Settings app, tap “Privacy” and select “Health”. Then just choose the app in question and give it the correct permissions.

Option 1 Use your iPhone’s Clock app:

As a native option, using Bedtime is the most basic way to record sleep data on iPhone.
