The Swiss company Jura makes a bean-to-cup coffee maker called the Jura Z10. It has the power and accuracy to grind beans, extract coffee, and froth milk, so you can make the perfect cup of coffee every time—once you figure out how to use its settings.
If you want barista-quality coffee at home without having to buy expensive professional equipment, the best bean-to-cup coffee tools will meet your needs. Models like the Jura Z10 are harder to take care of and may have too many options for customization. However, the Z10 has some really smart features and great speed that make it all worth it.

Jura Z10: Design

The Jura Z10 looks okay, if a little boxy, but when you buy a Jura device, you’re not really getting a show-stopping centerpiece. It’s big at 12.6 x 17.7 x 15 inches/32 x 45 x 38cm (W x D x H) and too heavy at 27lbs/12.3kg to move around. But the Jura Z10 needs to be big in order to fit all of its functions.
The front of the machine has a dual spout whose height can be changed to fit cups and mugs of all sizes. You can also change the direction of the spouts, which lets you make two drinks at once with the double-shot setting. This is great if you’re having people over or want to speed up the morning routine for your family.
Jura Z10: User Interface
The Jura Z10 can be used in a few different ways. The Jura Operating Experience (J.O.E.) app is a good place to start. In the next part of this study of the Jura Z10, we’ll talk more about this. If you want to do more with your hands, the big color touch screen is the way to go.
Oh, and if you want, you can also move through the options with the rotary dial on top. We have to say that the tablet is both beautiful and very useful. You can buy this coffee machine from its official website
Cleaning/ Maintenance

If you’re going to spend a lot of money on an espresso machine, you want to make sure it will last. Also included is making sure the machine is serviced frequently. The Jura z10 includes self-cleaning processes to keep it operating at peak efficiency. There is no way to remove the brew group for thorough cleaning or maintenance, although regular cleaning cycles help keep it in good working order. The huge capacity means that routine maintenance like emptying the drip tray, used puck container, and refilling the water tank may be spaced out over a longer period of time.
Jura Z10: Performance
Overall, the Jura Z10 performed very well in our tests. However, it’s important to note a few usability and practical issues. Given the Z10’s pricing, it would have been nice to see fewer difficulties. However, these don’t go beyond what I’d expect from a modern coffee machine.
Your Wi-Fi details and the results of the included water hardness test must be entered into the Jura Z10 upon initial startup. Before making your first batch of beer, it’s a good idea to conduct a quick maintenance cycle to check that everything is in good working order. Altering the preferences is also a possibility.
Price and availability
The Jura Z10 may be purchased from a variety of UK-based online and brick-and-mortar retailers with a price tag of £2,145 to £2,245. Although we were unable to locate any for sale in the United States, we did locate a small number in Australia for close to AU$4,500.
Final Words
The Jura Z10 is practically perfect except for the fact that it is full of foolish advertising, which I despise. The P.R.G. by itself is sufficient to warrant endorsement. The underlying technology is state-of-the-art, with several customization options. The Jura Z10 is a high-end sled with a cockpit where you can relax while extracting flavorful coffee. In a nutshell, everything. The cost issue has not been resolved. When compared to other fully automatic espresso machines we have examined, the Z10 is somewhat pricey.

Questions and Answers
Regular use of Jura 3-phase cleaning tablets in a manual clean cycle should be performed at least once a month to avoid the buildup of stale residue that can clog the coffee machine’s brew outlets and, unsurprisingly, negatively affect the taste of your coffee.
A study done by Consumentenbond, the largest consumer group in the Netherlands, and released in February 2021 shows that the JURA method is the right one. It turned out that coffee machines last about six years on average. But JURA machines last 50% longer at nine years.
