    Disable antivirus utilities

  • Double-click the Windows security system tray icon shown directly below.
  • Click the shield icon on the Virus & Threat Protection tab. Then click on the Manage Settings option on that tab.

    • Disable Real-time Protection option by clicking the toggle button button.If you have third-party antivirus software installed, disable this utility from its context menu.   • Enter the following command and press Enter:ipconfig /flushdns
  • Then type this text in the command prompt window and press Return: netsh winsock reset
  • After that, close the command prompt window.

  • Type this command in the Open text box: appwiz.cpl
