Updated October 13, 2021: The official Windows 11 ISO file is available from the Microsoft website. You can get it from this website and then start installing Windows 11. To get an ISO file, you need to use a third-party tool called UUP Dump. It is an open source tool that can download Windows preview builds directly from Windows Update servers and convert the packages into easy-to-install ISO files.
