Enable audio device in Windows 10
Run automated tools and check driver status to enable device in Windows 10.
Check the configuration and connection of the playback device
Check the status of the playback device in the sound settings and check the device’s connection to the computer.
For cable connections, make sure the device is connected to the correct port and the connection is secure. Also, reconnect the device if the computer did not detect it when you connected it previously.
For wireless connections, make sure your device is set up and paired with your PC.
Confirm that the device is listed and has a green checkmark. This indicates that it is the default device. If necessary, right click on the device name, select Set as default device and test the device
