No special software is required to perform this task.

The collected information is automatically linked to a spreadsheet. The worksheet is populated with survey and questionnaire responses. You can retrieve the results as soon as they arrive. You can then quickly summarize your search results using tables and graphs.

You can also use your own photo or logo, and Forms will choose just the right colors to fill in your own unique form, or you can choose from a variety of themes to set the tone.

How to create google form in mobile

First of all, you need to visit docs.google.com and this is the site where we can create a google form. here, I’ve provided a direct link so you can go directly there and start creating the form. but before you go, read this google form creation guide until the end, so you don’t miss any information.

for simplicity, change the desktop size in your browser.

in the next step you will need to login by entering your email id and password. if you are already logged in, skip this step.

you will find this type of screen described below in the screenshot. just click on the Blank Form option.

As soon as you click on the option with a black form, a standard form will open in front of you. now the real work starts here.

so this is the initial guide. now let’s add the different questions, fields to the form. you can add it as per your requirements.

Form Title: By default, the form title is “untitled form”. you can write the form name by clicking on it. for example, if your form is related to contact form, surveys, you can add title like “contact form”, “give feedback”. this is up for you.

Form description: Give your form a brief introduction at this step, or you can write some instructions or rules here. the same as we did in the case of the title.

Add questions: Now it’s time to add questions or fields to your google form. then, to add a question to the form, just click on “untitled question” and delete that text and write your question.

Question type (choice): Now choose the question type which means in which format the user can fill in the answer. if you want the user to be able to add their date of birth, select “Date”, if you want to get the user’s name select “paragraph”, likewise you can select email, short reply, drop down menu, time and many more options are there.

Add more options: If your question is related to choice, checkboxes that are usually found on the exam paper, then you can add more options by clicking on the text shown in the image.

Plus icon: want to add a new question and click the plus icon located on the right side. now we know how to add right questions.

Image Icon: If you want to add an image as a question, click the image icon to add it. when you click on that icon, a popup A box will appear and you will need to choose an image you want to add. in most cases, there is no need to add images to the form.

Video: As we learned to add photos, in the same way, we can add videos too.

Section: if you want more section or how can you say like more pages in a form, click this icon. if your form is too long then this feature is very useful for you. in short form, there are no requirements for this feature. you may have seen somewhere that the form provided is divided into several sections.

Mandatory or Not: We use this option when we want the user to enter the answer to the given question, so you can mark this question as mandatory. You may have noticed that when filling out any form, some questions or fields are required, such as name, email, etc. Once you have enabled it, the red asterisk will appear after the right side of the question.

Copy field: if you want to create two or more questions or fields of the same type, you can use this option. therefore, you don’t need to create the same question type from scratch.

Delete: want to delete the questions and then click the delete icon. after clicking on that icon, the question will be deleted.
