You can follow the steps below to password protect a folder in Windows 11. Note that this method will work on all versions of Windows 11 except Windows 10 Home. So if you are using Windows 10 Home then just move to the next method.

Open Windows Explorer on your PC and go to the location of the folder you want to password protect.

Now right click on the folder and click on properties. Click advanced in the folder properties window.
