How to Turn off First Sign-In Animation on Windows 10 – Guide
When we install Windows 10 for the first time, some animations appear from system configuration to final start. Windows 10 lets you control whether users see the initial logon animation when they log on to their computer for the first time. The configuration applies to the first user on the computer that completes the initial configuration and to any additional users that are added later. As per the description of the settings:
If you enable this policy setting, users with a Microsoft account will see the Services login prompt and users with other accounts will see the login animation. If you disable this policy setting, users will not see the animation and users with Microsoft accounts will not see the services login prompt. If you do not configure this policy setting, the user who completes the initial Windows setup will see the animation during their first logon. If the first user has already completed the initial setup and this policy setting is not configured, users who are logging on to that computer will not see the animation.
