Enter services.msc in Windows search or in the Run dialog box (Win + R) and press enter

In the Services window, scroll down until you reach the Windows Installer service

Change Windows registry

Enter regedit????????msc in Windows search or in the Run and Press Enter

When User Account Control shows up???????? click Yea

if you can’t see Disable MSI entry on the right, proceed as follows:

Right-click in the empty space on the right side of the window and select New > DWORD Value (32-bit)

Name it DisableMSI and Double????????click this

set value to 0 and click OK
