How to Turn Google Spreadsheets into PDFs – Guide

Download as PDF
To download the Google Spreadsheet as a PDF document, click on “File” in the upper left corner, hover over “Download” and select the “PDF Document” option.
On the next page, there are several configuration options. For example, you can configure which sheets or cells are selected, which page size is used, and whether grid lines are shown. After configuring the options, just click “Export” in the upper right corner to download the PDF.
Email as attachment
Alternatively, you can use the “Email as Attachment” function to export and send the PDF document in one action. To do this, you need to click “File” in the upper left corner and then click “Email as attachment” in the drop-down menu. A window will appear up for you to select the recipient and write the email. After writing the email, make sure the drop-down box in the lower left corner says “PDF” and click “Send”.
